Return Shipping Costs on ALL Products: We will pay the cost on returns that are required as a result of our mistake or a defective product all others are subject to 20% restocking fee + shipping. The product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Shipping Costs on Toners & Ribbons We will pay the cost of sending out a new toner & ribbons. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the old product back to us unless we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product.
